A well-established residential developer is seeking to appoint a Planner/Planning Manager to support the delivery of planning applications across the North West. The role would be well suited to a Planner stepping up to a Planning Manager position, either from a consultancy or a housebuilder. You will play an important part in progressing sites through the planning system, assessing development opportunities, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects in line with programme and policy requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
