An established housebuilder is seeking an experienced Partnerships Manager to join its Land and Partnerships team. This is a pivotal role supporting regional growth, working closely with senior leadership to deliver the land and partnership strategy and deliver high‑quality opportunities that align with the wider business plan. The role offers the chance to take ownership of key relationships, originate new partnership deals and play a direct part in delivering future developments across the region.

  • Proven experience managing land and development partnerships within the property or housebuilding sector
  • Strong track record in sourcing, progressing and converting partnership opportunities
  • Skilled negotiator with experience leading commercial and legal agreement discussions
