Our client is a well-established, high-quality regional housebuilder delivering a broad range of family homes across the South West of England. With a strong pipeline of secured and emerging sites, the business is focused on sustainable growth, prioritising quality of profit over volume. Developments typically range from 50 to 500 units and are delivered to a consistently high standard.
Due to continued expansion, we are seeking to appoint a Sales & Marketing Director to lead and further strengthen the sales and marketing function, playing a key role in driving the ongoing growth and success of the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- A true 360-degree role, encompassing sales strategy, marketing and PR, sales-led site appraisal, and sales performance management.
- Providing strong leadership, coaching and direction to the sales team, with a clear focus on development, progression and performance.
- Driving the company's marketing strategy, with a strong understanding of digital, social media and online marketing channels.
- Working closely with the senior leadership team to support and deliver the wider regional business objectives.
- Ensuring sales targets are achieved, with clear, accurate and timely reporting.
