Cognisant is working with a cash rich, privately owned residential developer looking to grow its presence across the West Midlands through the set up of a new regional office. The business is looking for somebody capable of leading the region from the front through land and partnership-led deals.

Commercially sharp, well connected and comfortable operating at board level, whilst still remaining hands on day-to-day. This is not a role for someone who simply wants to manage a function. They need somebody capable of creating momentum, opening doors and helping establish a pipeline through a proactive approach to land buying and partnerships.

The appetite and financial capacity to do deals is there. They are looking for the right individual to help drive the region forward. This could suit an existing Land & Partnerships Director or a high calibre Senior Land Manager with partnerships experience ready for the next step.

It’s a fairly lean environment. Not overly corporate. People are expected to get on with things, make decisions and drive opportunities forward.
