Cognisant has been appointed by a well-established housebuilder to recruit an Interim Managing Director to lead, inspire and manage the regional team during a key phase of delivery and growth. This role requires a visible and engaging leader who can shape strategy, influence culture and ensure operational excellence, while maintaining the energy, standards and ambition that underpin the business’s success.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Driving continued regional growth in line with the agreed business plan
- Embedding a high-performance culture focused on quality, cost control, programme delivery and customer satisfaction
- Providing clear, confident leadership that motivates, supports and develops teams
- Ensuring all business functions operate effectively and collaboratively
- Promoting the business across the region and supporting the identification of new development opportunities
The successful candidate will:
- Be a proven senior leader with experience operating at Managing Director or equivalent level
