Cognisant is supporting a housebuilder that is looking for a Head of Land who can build strong relationships and secure the sites that will shape the next phase of growth. The region has grown significantly over the last few years and with a strong commercial, technical and new business team in place, they require a dedicated land leader who can focus on finding, securing and delivering land opportunities at scale.

The Role

  • As Head of Land, you’ll be the driving force behind their land pipeline.
  • Negotiating and securing land opportunities across the East Midlands.
  • Use your established local contacts to unlock off-market and on-market deals.
  • Shape land strategy for sites typically 80+ plots in size.
  • Play a key role in helping to grow the region by securing at least two additional land-led schemes per year.

We are keen to speak with individuals with a proven track record of securing conditional and unconditional land. You will have an outstanding network of contacts in the area and be able to travel to potential land opportunities and development sites on a regular basis.
