Cognisant is delighted to be working with a real estate and hospitality investor that is looking to recruit a Financial Controller with strong FP&A experience. The role offers significant exposure to the senior leadership team, shaping financial performance across the group. This is a high-impact position with responsibility for group consolidation, financial reporting, forecasting and business performance analysis. You will work closely with the CFO and act as a strategic finance partner across multiple business units.
The ideal candidate will bring strong technical accounting expertise, advanced financial modelling skills and proven experience in FP&A within a multi-entity environment.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Delivering accurate monthly group consolidations and management reporting
- Leading budgeting, forecasting and KPI performance tracking
- Developing automation and improving financial systems and processes
- Supporting commercial decision-making with data-driven insights
- Enhancing financial governance, internal controls and cash management
This role would suit a qualified accountant (ACA or equivalent) with a track record in financial leadership, ideally gained in a group, PE-backed or complex multi-entity environment.
