A well-respected housebuilder is looking to appoint a Senior Land Manager to drive land acquisition across the region. This is a key role with responsibility for building a strong, deliverable land pipeline. The business has short decision-making processes and will acquire land on both a conditional and unconditional basis.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify and secure residential land opportunities across the region
- Produce robust financial appraisals including residual valuations, IRR, and sensitivity analysis
- Lead negotiations and manage deals through to exchange and completion
- Stay ahead of market activity, planning changes, and emerging opportunities
- Evaluate planning risk and site viability at an early stage
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure schemes are practical and commercially sound
What we’re looking for:
- Strong track record in residential land acquisition
- Commercially astute with solid appraisal capability
- Well-connected within the South East land market
- Proven ability to originate and execute deals
