Cognisant Search is recruiting a Senior Contracts Manager for a fast-growing residential developer delivering high-quality homes across the North West. This is a key leadership role, overseeing multiple live housing developments and driving delivery performance across a growing regional pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead delivery of 3+ residential sites (circa 200 units) at varying stages
  • Manage Site Managers and office-based support teams
  • Ensure schemes are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to quality standards
  • Oversee subcontractor performance during delivery phase
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project flow and clean handovers
  • Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and build quality

About You:

  • Experienced housebuilding Contracts/Construction Manager
  • Proven track record delivering traditional housing schemes from build through to completion
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Confident managing multiple sites and driving programme performance
  • Hands-on, proactive approach with strong technical construction knowledge
