Cognisant has been appointed by a well‐established housebuilder to recruit an Interim Managing Director to lead, inspire and manage the regional team during a key phase of delivery and growth. This role requires a visible and engaging leader who can shape strategy, influence culture and ensure operational excellence, while maintaining the energy, standards and ambition that underpin the business's success.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Driving continued regional growth in line with the agreed business plan
  • Embedding a high‐performance culture focused on quality, cost control, programme delivery and customer satisfaction
