A Land Manager is required for a well-funded, highly successful housebuilder in Cheshire / Merseyside. The business delivers large-scale residential developments and is continuing to grow through a sustainable and strategic land acquisition programme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with landowners, agents, and the wider professional network.
- Identify and secure strategic residential development opportunities of approximately 100–500 plots across Cheshire and Merseyside.
- Lead the appraisal of potential sites, presenting recommendations to the senior leadership team and supporting schemes through acquisition and the wider development process.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of land opportunities within the region.
About You:
- Ambitious, enthusiastic, and an excellent communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
- 2–5 years' experience in land acquisition within the residential development or housebuilding sector, with a demonstrable track record of success.
