We are seeking an experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join the leadership team at our medium-sized nursing home in Worthing. Proudly rated GOOD by the CQC, our home delivers high-quality, person-centred care in a supportive environment.
In this role, you'll provide clinical oversight, lead and develop the care team, and ensure the highest standards of care. You'll take charge in the absence of the Home Manager and play a key role in supervision, training, and quality assurance.
