Salary: Up to £25.50 per hour + Paid breaks

Hours: 40 hours/week

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join the leadership team at our medium-sized nursing home in Caterham. Our home delivers high-quality, person-centred care in a supportive environment.

In this role, you\’ll provide clinical oversight, lead and develop the care team, and ensure the highest standards of care. You\’ll take charge in the absence of the Home Manager and play a key role in supervision, training, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and support the clinical team
• Ensure safe, high-quality, person-centred care
• Oversee care planning, audits, and compliance
• Manage staff supervisions and development
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and professionals

About You:

• Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) with a valid NMC pin
• Strong clinical leadership experience in a care home setting
• Skilled in managing people, care standards, and HR processes
• Proactive, organised, and team-oriented
