Salary: £56,500 + Outstanding Bonus Scheme (OTE £100k+)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the day‑to‑day operations of the home
• Maintain excellent CQC compliance and high‑quality care standards
• Support, develop, and inspire the care team
• Oversee staffing, occupancy, budgets, and resources
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and professionals
• Represent the home locally and support continued occupancy growth

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Registered Manager in a residential or nursing home
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proactive, organised, and passionate about exceptional care

• £56,500 base salary
• Exceptional bonus scheme: £1,500 per month for maintaining target occupancy; £1,000 per month for each additional occupied bed; realistic OTE over £100,000
