CognifyMe is a human-first performance platform helping organisations build neuroinclusive, high-performing workplaces. We combine behavioural science, executive function tools and ethical AI to reduce burnout and improve focus at scale.

We are hiring an experienced B2B Enterprise Sales Partner to help us win and close structured paid enterprise pilots (£25k–£45k). This is not transactional selling. This is consultative enterprise SaaS.

About CognifyMe

CognifyMe is an early-stage, founder-led SaaS platform building its first wave of enterprise pilots. Our buyers are senior HR, People, Talent and L&D leaders within mid-to-large organisations. We sell structured paid co-creation pilots that lead to longer-term enterprise partnerships.

The Role

This is a remote, flexible contract role focused on new enterprise business. Expected commitment during Phase 1: approximately 2–3 days per week.

You will manage the full enterprise sales cycle:

  • Prospecting and outbound engagement
  • Consultative discovery conversations
  • Progressing HR / People decision-makers
  • Presenting tailored pilot proposals
  • Closing paid enterprise pilots
  • Supporting early client relationships

You will work closely with the Founder to refine sales strategy, messaging and positioning.

What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)

  • Build a qualified pipeline of £150k+ potential revenue
  • Initiate 20+ enterprise conversations
  • Progress 5–8 qualified decision-makers
  • Present at least 1–2 structured pilot proposals

Typical enterprise sales cycle: 6–12 weeks from first conversation to signed pilot.

Compensation Structure

Phase 1 – Commission-Only (First 6 Months)

  • 15% commission on each closed enterprise deal
  • Typical deal size: £25k–£45k
  • £3k–£7k commission per deal
  • Uncapped earning potential
  • Flexible 2–3 day per week commitment

Transition to Phase 2

The role transitions to base salary + commission once either:

  • A minimum of four enterprise deals are closed, or
  • £140k+ revenue is generated within six months

Transition occurs once commercial thresholds are met and both parties agree that the revenue base supports long-term employment.

Phase 2 – Salary + Commission

  • Base salary (£35k–£45k pro-rata depending on commitment)
  • 10% ongoing commission
  • PAYE structure
  • Equity is not included in the standard package at this stage.

What You’ll Be Given

  • HubSpot CRM with structured pipeline tracking
  • Existing warm leads and founder-generated introductions
  • Clear ICP (HR / People / L&D leaders)
  • Sales one-pager and structured pilot deck
  • Founder support in enterprise conversations
  • Flexibility and autonomy

You will not be starting from zero.

The Person

You are:

  • Experienced in B2B SaaS sales (essential)
  • Comfortable with £25k–£45k consultative sales cycles
  • Confident engaging enterprise decision-makers
  • Strong in outbound prospecting and self-generated pipeline
  • Resilient and commercially driven
  • Comfortable operating in an early-stage environment
  • Experience selling into HR / People / L&D teams is highly desirable.

Who This Role Is Ideal For

  • A fractional enterprise seller building a portfolio career
  • A commercially-minded SaaS professional between roles
  • An entrepreneurial salesperson who enjoys building from early stage
  • A high-energy graduate with B2B aptitude and strong drive

This role is best suited to someone comfortable with performance-based earning and early-stage momentum.
