This is a remote contract role for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will engage potential clients to build relationships, identify their needs, and communicate the value of CognifyMe’s solutions. Responsibilities include:

  • Generating leads
  • Delivering sales presentations
  • Managing client accounts
  • Collaborating with the team to optimize the sales strategy

The role requires close communication with clients, excellent customer service, and a mission-driven approach to promoting neuroinclusion in workplaces.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage with clients and understand their needs.
  • Skilled in Sales and Sales Management with a proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in providing Training and onboarding for clients to ensure satisfaction and effective use of services.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
  • Knowledge of HR technology or workplace solutions is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
