- Design and build scalable data models and transformations within modern data stacks.
- Translate complex datasets into clear, commercially focused insights for senior stakeholders.
- Drive best practice across data modelling, visualisation, and analytical output quality.
- Manage multiple workstreams, ensuring prioritisation, delivery, and stakeholder alignment.
- Strong experience in a data-focused role within a digital, marketing, or consulting environment.
- Strong SQL and experience building data models (e.g. dbt or similar tooling).
- Experience working directly with clients or stakeholders, owning relationships and strategic direction.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including tracking, attribution, and performance channels.
- Ability to translate complex technical work into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
- Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker) and storytelling through data.
- Comfortable operating across both hands-on technical delivery and high-level strategic conversations.
- Experience mentoring or supporting more junior analysts.
