We are based in Hertfordshire, easily commutable from London, Watford, Milton Keynes, Hemel Hempstead, Aylesbury, Chesham, St Albans, Leighton Buzzard, Hatfield.
What You’ll Be Doing
Depending on your level, you’ll be responsible for:
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle across clients and candidates
- Building genuine expertise in a niche area of data & analytics
- Partnering with clients as a trusted market expert (not a CV sender)
- Engaging senior candidates through content, community, and relationships
- Winning new business and growing existing accounts
- Representing Cognify at meet-ups, events, and industry initiatives
- Contributing to community-led brand building (podcast, mentoring, events)

- Recruitment experience (or strong B2B sales experience for entry-level)
- Curious, commercially aware, and motivated to build a market properly
- A collaborative mindset — we win as a team
- Interest in ownership, progression, and long-term growth
No prior data recruitment experience is required — we’ll help you build that.
