We are seeking a talented Lead Data Scientist to spearhead the expansion of our data science function into a brand-new business area. About the Role

As the Lead Data Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our data-driven decision-making. You will be responsible for designing and implementing models that drive:

• User Behaviour & Retention: Gaining deep insights into how users interact with the platform to improve engagement strategies.
• Customer Lifetime Value (CLV): Developing predictive models to assess and maximize the long-term value of our customers.
• Churn Reduction: Identifying at-risk users and implementing strategies to enhance retention and loyalty.

Beyond analytics, you will also contribute to the development of a new analytics and data science infrastructure, laying the groundwork for scalable, high-impact insights across the business.

We\’re looking for:

• Extensive experience in data science, with a strong background in building predictive models and analytics solutions.
• A proven track record of working in an app-based business, with a deep understanding of user engagement and retention.
• Expertise in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience with modern data science tools and programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, or similar
• Experience with cloud platforms and tools for data science & machine learning
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable business recommendations.
