Who We’re Hiring: We’re growing across multiple areas:
- Recruitment Consultants (all levels) – Permanent
- Senior / Principal Consultants – Contract / Freelance
- Senior / Lead Recruiter – US market (build and scale a new desk)
Based in Hertfordshire (commutable from London, Watford, St Albans, Hemel, Milton Keynes, etc.) We offer hybrid working - For our US markets, we offer further flexibility.
The Role: You’ll be given the platform to operate as a true market specialist:
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle
- Build expertise in a niche area of Data & AI
- Partner with clients as a trusted advisor—not a CV sender
- Engage senior candidates through content, community, and relationships
- Win and grow client accounts
- Represent Cognify at events, meet-ups, and industry initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
- Recruitment experience (or strong B2B sales background)
- Commercially minded and motivated to build something long-term
- Collaborative and team-oriented
- Driven by ownership, progression, and impact
