We are looking for an experienced Integration Specialist / EDI Lead to take ownership of a key integration and automation roadmap within a fast-moving European operations environment. This is a hands-on technical role focused on building integrations, improving business processes and reducing manual effort through automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and deliver the EDI roadmap, including trading partner onboarding
  • Build and optimise integrations using Workato or similar iPaaS platforms
  • Create technical mappings and support XML/EDI transformations
  • Troubleshoot live EDI transaction issues and work with external providers
  • Deliver automation initiatives across supply chain, logistics and operations
  • Partner with Finance, Operations and IT teams to drive continuous improvement

Required Experience:

  • Strong experience with enterprise integration platforms (Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft, Talend or similar)
  • Solid understanding of EDI standards (EDIFACT, X12 and/or TRADACOMs)
  • Experience delivering integration and automation projects
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot production issues and manage stakeholders

Desirable:

  • Workato experience
  • Sage X3 or ERP integration experience
  • SQL knowledge
  • Supply chain / 3PL experience
