Role Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Data Architect to lead the design and delivery of a Single Customer View (SCV) architecture across a complex, multi-system environment. This role is critical to simplifying fragmented data landscapes, eliminating manual processes, and enabling a seamless, self-service customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and untangle a complex, fragmented data architecture spanning 6+ systems
- Define and implement a Single Customer View (SCV) strategy
- Recommend and establish a system of record for customer data
- Design architecture to support a self-service customer portal, reducing call centre demand
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across architecture, product, and business teams
- Deliver pragmatic, scalable solutions with a focus on real-world impact
Required Experience
- Proven experience delivering Single Customer View (SCV) solutions (essential)
- Strong background in Customer 360 / customer data architecture
- Experience working in complex, multi-system environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Pragmatic, low-ego approach with a focus on outcomes
Technical Skills
- Strong experience with AWS (preferred)
- Experience with Snowflake (nice-to-have)
- Familiarity with modern data architecture patterns and integration approaches
