Job Description:
You will be required to come into the office in Swindon periodically as needed, but most of the time you can work from home.
Based in the Sales department, reporting to the Commercial Services Manager and working alongside the Sales Team, this role involves supporting sales admin activities to ensure efficient operations and help achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage proactively with prospective customers to maintain an updated pipeline of new project opportunities.
- Assist the sales team with customer liaison such as proposals, orders, contracts, and appointments.
- Support maintenance of sales documents like templates, forms, and infographics.
- Contribute to achieving team goals and targets.
- Manage and maintain sales data in CRM and ERP systems.
Marketing:
- Assist with creating case studies and e-campaigns for products and services.
- Support social media activities.
- Help organize sales events, exhibitions, and meetings/travel arrangements, liaising with RSK systems as needed.
- Participate in sales events and exhibitions as required.
Person Specification:
- General knowledge of the construction industry, O&M manuals, and related documentation.
- Excellent communication skills with fluent English.
- High accuracy in written text and attention to detail.
- Good organizational skills.
- Proficient with O365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
