We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager (UK) to join our team and bring energy, creativity, and focus to how we take our products to market. Reporting directly to our Director of Product Marketing, you’ll be the go-to expert on our products and the UK market — shaping strategies that resonate with customers and drive impact.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll own and execute the UK product marketing strategy, while also acting as a key voice of the region within our global team. You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues worldwide, sharing insights, championing local needs, and helping ensure our global vision lands successfully in the UK.
What that means day to day:
- Own the execution of product and feature launches in the UK region, working closely with Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
- Support the development and continuous improvement of sales enablement tools such as proposals, collateral, case studies, and FAQs to improve win rates and reduce sales cycles.
- Partner with Product Management, Product Analysts, and the Voice-of-Customer teams to deeply understand the UK customer buying cycle and identify funnel improvement opportunities.
- Create and maintain enablement content that supports customers and sales teams through the marketing funnel to closed-won and expansion stages.
- Maintain a feedback loop with Product Management and Sales leadership on UK market trends, competitor activities, and buyer behaviours to inform product and marketing strategy.
What you’ll need to be successful:
The ideal candidate will bring 2–3 years of Product Marketing experience within B2B environments, with a proven track record of developing clear and compelling messaging that resonates with buyers. They will demonstrate the ability to independently prioritise and execute projects through to completion, while maintaining strong organisational skills in fast-paced, multi-project settings. Excellent written communication, attention to detail, and proofreading skills are essential, alongside experience in creating and delivering content that engages both leadership and sales teams. Success in this role also requires a collaborative approach and the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.
What you’ll get in return:
Alcumus has a hybrid workplace policy, where you will work from the office 3 days per week. We want you to be able to do your best work here. We emphasise providing many ways to support our team to do their best work and below are some of the perks and benefits we offer:
- Personal Health & Wellbeing / Benefits
- Enhanced Parental Leave
- Generous annual leave
- Healthcare Plan
- Annual Giving Day – an extra day to give back to yourself or your community
- Cycle-to-work Scheme
- Future Planning
- Pension scheme with employer contributions
- Life Assurance – 3X base salary
- Rewards Program – access to discounts and cashback
- LinkedIn Learning License for upskilling & development
