This is a hands-on role where you’ll work across the full spectrum of digital and print design, from static graphics to animation and video content.
What that means day to day:
- Own and evolve our global brand identity, including brand guidelines, templates, iconography, and visual systems.
- Design high-quality creative assets for multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, social media, web, paid advertising, and print.
- Create high-impact advertising creatives for LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube in static, animated, and short-form video formats.
- Produce motion graphics, animations, and video content to improve campaign performance and engagement.
- Edit and produce video content for a variety of platforms and business needs.
- Design emails, landing pages, website assets, and product launch collateral.
- Develop creative concepts that align with brand guidelines while continuously pushing creative standards.
- Translate marketing briefs into clear, effective, and visually engaging design solutions in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Build, test, and optimise campaign visuals to support conversion and performance goals.
- Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints and act as a brand guardian for the business.
- Create polished presentations, pitch decks, and internal communications materials.
- Prototype and iterate quickly, using performance data, feedback, and cultural trends to inform creative direction.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high design quality.
- Optimise designs based on campaign performance, insights, and stakeholder feedback.
- Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand visually current and competitive.
- Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Audition) to deliver high-quality creative output.
- (Desirable) Support WordPress website updates and development using basic coding skills.
What you’ll need to be successful:
Essential:
- A strong portfolio demonstrating excellence across graphic design, animation, video editing, and motion graphics.
- Experience creating design for multiple channels and formats (digital and print).
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and composition.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, marketing-led environment.
- A creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and solve problems.
- Passion for visual storytelling and brand development.
- Ability to manage your own workload and work autonomously.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output.
- Confident communication skills with the ability to explain creative decisions clearly.
Desirable:
- Experience creating for social and paid platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, YouTube).
- Familiarity with UX/UI and responsive web design principles.
- Understanding of conversion-focused and performance-driven design.
- Experience using tools such as Figma or similar.
- Basic HTML/CSS and WordPress knowledge to support simple website updates (not full development).
Note: We’re primarily looking for design excellence across animation, video and multi-channel campaigns. Basic WordPress or HTML/CSS knowledge is a bonus, but not essential.
