In this role, you’ll be the trusted partner to managers and employees, helping them navigate challenges and achieve their goals. What that means day to day:

  • Building strong relationships – Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to understand business needs and provide expert HR guidance.
  • Solving people challenges – Proactively identify issues and implement innovative, tailored solutions.
  • Developing leaders – Coach managers to retain top talent, ensuring robust succession and development plans.
  • Leveraging data for impact – Use people analytics to spot trends, enhance organisational health, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Shaping the future – Offer expertise in organisational design and integration projects.
  • Optimising performance – Help the business manage attrition, absence, and performance to foster a high-performing culture.

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • HR expertise – A solid background in an HR/People function with proven experience as an HR Business Partner, including handling complex employee relations (ER) cases.
  • CIPD Level 5 or above – A strong foundation in HR best practices and strategic people management.
  • Change & transformation leadership – Recent experience in developing and implementing robust strategies for managing complex change processes.
  • Employment Law expertise – Excellent knowledge of employment law with the ability to navigate complex workplace issues with confidence.
