The Marketing Executive position will focus on driving marketing performance across the SafeWorkforce and SafeHR product range in the UK. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, this role supports the execution and optimisation of campaigns and programmes that enhance brand awareness, generate quality leads and support new business growth. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, commercially focused and confident supporting lead generation, nurture and conversion activity against performance targets.
What that means day to day:
- Support the planning, execution and optimisation of multi-channel marketing campaigns focused on lead generation, engagement and conversion.
- Deliver targeted new business campaigns (including ICP activity, webinars and automation) to drive pipeline growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams, partners and external agencies to deliver integrated marketing and partnership campaigns.
- Manage and optimise marketing data, database growth and targeting to improve campaign performance and user experience.
- Support events (tradeshows, webinars and digital events) end-to-end, ensuring strong lead generation and follow‑up activity.
What you’ll need to be successful:
- Commercial experience within a fast‑paced B2B environment, ideally supporting performance marketing across longer sales cycles and sector‑based ABM programmes.
- Strong writing skills and attention to detail, with the ability to tailor content for different audiences, alongside the confidence to use data to inform targeting and campaign performance.
- Comfortable working cross‑functionally with internal teams, customers and partners, supporting events and campaigns end‑to‑end with strong project management and communication skills.
- A degree in Marketing (or similar) and experience with marketing automation tools, preferably HubSpot, would be advantageous.
