The role provides hands‑on support in planning, executing and coordinating highly targeted Account‑Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns focused on Category 4 and Category 5 client accounts. This role plays a key part in delivering personalised activation across the full funnel, from awareness to conversion, by supporting campaign setup, data management, content coordination and reporting.

What that means day to day:

  • Build and manage campaign workflows (email, nurture, digital) within marketing automation tools, coordinating timelines and stakeholders.
  • Maintain and manage CRM and marketing data, including account lists, segmentation, and campaign tracking to ensure accuracy and readiness.
  • Assist with content coordination and personalisation, adapting messaging and managing assets for different audiences and account types.
  • Support multi‑channel activation, including email, paid media, and ABM events (e.g. workshops, webinars, roundtables).
  • Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and supporting alignment with sales teams to optimise engagement and outcomes.

Attention to detail and data accuracy are essential, as is the ability to adapt and personalise content through strong copywriting skills to support targeted engagement.
