Most early-career roles promise growth. This one is built around it! You will work directly with Senior Executives from week one, supporting real client conversations, learning how relationships are built, deals are closed, and new accounts are acquired and developed, and learning what it actually takes to win business. You will get structured training and hands-on coaching as standard. The role itself is fast-paced. You will be spotting opportunities, reaching out to potential clients, and helping turn conversations into something tangible. It suits someone who reads a room quickly, gets a kick out of solving medium to complex problems before they are asked to, and genuinely enjoys building relationships. You do not have to have a sales background. We are not looking for someone who already knows it all... we are looking for someone sharp enough to pick it up fast, and hungry enough to want to.
If you have 2 - 3 years' experience, whether as a consultant, in sales/business development (services or consulting-led), as a lawyer, an engagement manager, or in partnership management, and you are the kind of person others turn to for solutions and who is great at building relationships at all levels, this role is worth your time.
