CognateUK is seeking an Interim Programme Manager to support delivery and operational readiness for the FutureReady programme during a key preparation and launch period in 2026. FutureReady is a structured capability development programme delivered through one UK Core curriculum with two delivery pathways:

  • China Variant – in‑person delivery for Chinese partners (launching August 2026)
  • UK Core Pathway – online cohort for UK‑based participants (launching September 2026)

We are looking for a highly organised and reliable individual with experience supporting structured education, skills, or training programmes. The role provides coordination, delivery readiness support, documentation management, and communication across both pathways.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate timelines, milestones, and deliverables across four module leads
  • Maintain programme calendars and shared workflows
  • Track progress and ensure tasks remain on schedule
  • Prepare the programme timeline across both pathways
Delivery Readiness
  • Support documentation, checklists, and templates required for launch
  • Coordinate participant, tutor, and partner onboarding
  • Manage readiness for China Variant launch (August 2026) and UK Core online cohort (September 2026)
  • Set up and maintain SMS + ProfBot digital learning workflows
  • Track learner engagement patterns and flag risks
  • Support data collection and reporting
Communication & Administration
  • Maintain clear communication across module leads and stakeholders
  • Prepare weekly updates and action summaries
  • Maintain central documentation and shared materials
  • Support external partner coordination when required
About You
  • Experienced in education, skills, training, or capability development programmes
  • Structured, detail‑oriented, and reliable
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
  • Confident using digital workflow and online learning tools
  • Clear and consistent in communication
  • Able to coordinate multiple stakeholders
  • Experience in FE/HE, vocational learning, online learning, or innovation programmes
Employment Details
  • Duration: January – September 2026
  • Commitment: Approx. 6–10 hours per week (higher between July–September)
