Richmond-based Cogley Structural Solutions Ltd is looking to appoint a highly experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our growing team.
Location: London / South East (fully remote)
£60,000 – £70,000 DOE (or equivalent subcontract rate)
Position: Full-time
Chartered Engineer preferred
⏳ Minimum 10 years' structural engineering experience
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer seeking greater flexibility while continuing to work on interesting and technically challenging projects.
The role is fully remote, offering significant flexibility, however applicants must be based within reasonable travelling distance of London and be willing to undertake site visits across London (primarily South West and Central London) and occasionally Surrey.
The successful candidate will be comfortable managing projects independently and have strong experience in:
• Residential refurbishments and alterations,
• Basement construction projects (including production of CMS, BIA, SMS etc. for planning),
• Structural assessments and investigations,
• Temporary works and sequencing considerations,
• Client-facing project delivery.
We are a specialist structural engineering consultancy working on a wide range of high-end residential refurbishment, extension and basement projects throughout London and the South East.

• Subcontract basis
