We’re now looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join us in an embedded RPO role, working on-site with one of our customers as a trusted, senior recruitment partner.
The Opportunity
In this role, you’ll sit at the heart of the customer’s resourcing operation, acting as the first point of contact for all recruitment activity. You’ll advise, guide and influence the business through every stage of the hiring lifecycle, ensuring a smooth, compliant and effective recruitment service in a fast-paced environment. Working closely with Cogito Directors and senior customer stakeholders, you’ll help execute recruitment strategies and project workstreams that deliver a best-practice, future-focused talent acquisition model. You’ll truly be the face of recruitment for the customer, operating as an embedded member of their TA and HR team.
What you’ll be doing
- Owning end-to-end recruitment delivery across assigned business areas, acting as the primary TA partner to senior stakeholders.
- Providing expert, consultative advice on role design, workforce planning, sourcing strategies, assessment approaches and attraction channels.
- Building strong, credible relationships with hiring managers, HRBPs and senior leaders, influencing decisions through data and insight.
- Designing and delivering compliant, inclusive recruitment campaigns aligned to organisational policy and governance.
- Proficient in candidate sourcing and headhunting utilising job boards and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Leading strategic TA initiatives including candidate experience, employer brand, process optimisation, onboarding and talent pipelining.
- Partnering with Cogito’s Bristol-based delivery teams to execute external search activity where required.
- Personally assessing candidates for key and senior hires, including screening, interviews and feedback facilitation.
- Overseeing interview logistics to ensure a professional, well-managed experience.
- Maintaining accurate recruitment data and producing insight-led reporting to inform hiring decisions and workforce planning.
About you
You’re a senior recruitment professional with strong experience in an embedded, in-house or RPO environment. You’re commercially minded, highly credible with stakeholders and comfortable owning both recruitment strategy and delivery.
You’ll bring:
- Proven experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing hiring outcomes in complex organisations.
- A strong understanding of full-lifecycle recruitment and workforce planning.
- Confidence working to KPIs, service levels and business-critical deadlines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach.
- A genuine passion for elevating recruitment capability, candidate experience and employer brand.
Why join Cogito?
You’ll have the opportunity to operate as a true strategic TA partner, with the autonomy to shape recruitment outcomes while being supported by an experienced, collaborative consultancy behind you. This is a role for someone who enjoys influence, ownership and making a visible impact.
