About the role: As Cogito’s offerings continue to grow, we’ve added a new role to the team, a ‘People Insights Specialist’ who can contribute to the delivery of our highly insightful and comprehensive People Insights solutions. This includes reward benchmarking, organisational design research, insights from talent acquisition programs, recruitment transformation, skills mapping, employer brand, competitor research, and other talent research studies.
At Cogito, we believe in empowering our team members to work with autonomy and trust. This is a role where you would have real autonomy in being able to manage your workload and shape the insights that you are helping to deliver to clients.
What you would be doing:
- Conduct research using focus groups, telephone, and desk-based methods for various projects (employer brand, pay research, organisation structure research, etc.).
- Quality check People Insights projects and review work, including troubleshooting insights solutions on Hiring Intelligence projects and programs.
- Attend new project briefings with clients, acting as an Insights Subject Matter Expert to establish project drivers and goals.
- Design surveys that align with client specifications and gain sign-off from project sponsors.
- Develop dashboards in PowerBI.
- Serve as the link between Hiring Intelligence and People Insights Analysts to ensure customer needs and challenges are reported and recommendations are created.
- Conduct in-depth post-delivery analysis of projects.
- Write reports that create a storytelling narrative in dashboards, commentary, and recommendations.
- Participate in presentation teams, either as the lead or a contributor.
- Analyse customer’s HR data to identify underlying trends.
- Work with Client Partners to identify where People Insights offerings can add value to broader customer relationships.
Should you apply? We’re looking for people in the first few years of their career who are eager to gain experience and develop their skills in an HR Consulting environment. Ideally, we would want you to have:
- 1 – 3 years’ experience in a consulting and/or HR role
- Strong experience of report writing in a commercial setting
- Experience of conducting statistical analysis with ‘people’ data
You would stand out if you also had:
- A postgraduate degree in HR Management, Occupational Psychology or similar
- Experience of using PowerBI
- Client facing experience
