The Opportunity You will be part of our Talent team delivering high touch recruitment support to a range of clients through long term RPO programmes and project delivery including secondment to client sites for dedicated programme delivery for typically a max of 2-3 days per week. You will work closely being the first point of call for our client recruitment needs, advising and guiding the business through every stage of the process, ensuring a smooth and effective delivery of solutions in a fast-paced business environment. You will work in close collaboration with Cogito Directors and Senior customer personnel to execute strategies and project workstreams to deliver innovative and best practice recruitment models.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and own end-to-end recruitment delivery across assigned business areas, acting as the primary TA partner to all stakeholders, including senior stakeholders.
- Build strong, credible relationships with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and senior leaders, influencing decisions through data and insight.
- Design and deliver recruitment campaigns that are compliant, inclusive, and aligned with client policies and governance requirements.
- Proficient in candidate sourcing and headhunting utilising job boards and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Support with strategic TA initiatives, including candidate experience, employer brand, process optimisation, onboarding, and proactive talent pipelining.
- Work with Cogito’s Bristol-based delivery and insights teams to execute external search activity where required, ensuring clear briefs and accountability.
- Personally assess candidates for key and senior hires, including screening, interviews, and stakeholder feedback facilitation.
- Support and mentor junior members of the team.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and produce insight-driven reporting to inform hiring decisions and workforce planning.
- Develop a deep understanding of the client’s business, culture, and operating environment to continuously improve recruitment effectiveness.
About You
You are a senior recruitment professional with strong experience operating in an agency, in-house, or RPO environment. You are commercially minded, highly credible with stakeholders, and comfortable owning recruitment strategy as well as delivery.
You will bring:

- A strong understanding of full-lifecycle recruitment and workforce planning.
