The role of a Business Analyst is to lead the analysis of complex business processes and systems, translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements, and supporting the successful delivery of strategic and operational change initiatives across the organisation.
- Lead requirements gathering for complex, cross-functional projects and programmes.
- Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and process mapping sessions at all levels, including senior leadership.
