The Opportunity
As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will be supporting our Talent team across a number of different programmes identifying and screening candidates. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their recruitment career, or an experienced resourcer looking to develop within a high-performing environment. You will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and qualifying talent, supporting successful hiring outcomes across a range of roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and networking
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines aligned to live and future vacancies
- Screen and qualify candidates against role and client requirements
- Manage candidate communications and ensure a positive experience throughout the process
- Support the senior Talent Acquisition team members with shortlists and interview coordination
- Maintain accurate records within ATS systems
About You
- Previous experience in resourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition support (preferred but not essential)
- Strong research and sourcing skills, with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A team player with a proactive and positive approach
- Interest in recruitment and talent acquisition as a career
