Day-to-day, you will
- Analyse performance and functionality of printing applications
- Identify problems and report to appropriate teams via bug reports
- Carry out necessary tests, collect and analysing results
- Contribute to best practice methods of continuous improvement
- Improve the quality of an operation or process
- Be taught to read and understand functional design specifications and follow test procedures
- Check the status of equipment, the work environment and facilities and taking appropriate actions before commencing work
- Prepare communications, documents, and reports on technical matters
You will need
- GCSEs in Maths and Science
- Confidence using Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- An interest in software and technology
- A positive, "can-do" attitude
