As a key member of our sales team, you will play a central role in driving occupancy and revenue while building lasting relationships within the community. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach to tours, follow-ups, and move-ins, while acting as a trusted advisor to seniors and their loved ones.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive occupancy and revenue growth by managing a full, consultative sales cycle
  • Build strong relationships with prospects, families, referral partners, and community stakeholders
  • Conduct personalized tours and needs-based conversations that guide prospects toward the right level of care
  • Actively prospect through community outreach, networking, events, and referral partnerships
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the local market, competitors, and positioning
  • Accurately track leads, pipeline activity, and forecasts to support business planning
  • Participate in and host events that promote the residence and strengthen community presence
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and positive prospect experience

What You Bring
  • A proven track record in sales, ideally in a relationship-driven or consultative environment
  • Strong business acumen, including forecasting, pipeline management, and competitor awareness

  • Ability to guide prospects through complex, emotionally driven decisions
  • Curiosity and patience to understand individual needs and tailor solutions accordingly
  • Comfort working toward and exceeding occupancy and revenue targets

Knowledge & Experience
  • Understanding of senior living or healthcare sales is an asset
  • Ability to clearly explain and position different levels of care, including:
  • Independent Living (IL)
  • Independent Supportive Living (ISL)
  • Assisted Living (AL)
  • Memory Care (MC)
  • Strong awareness of your local market and competitive landscape
  • Salary Expectation: $70,000–$80,000 base, plus commission and bonus eligibility. On-target variable earnings are estimated at $30,000–$40,000 annually.
