Job Title: Operator Team Leader Location: Coggin Sustainable Office Solutions (Greater Preston, PR3 1AD) Type: Full-Time | On-Site Coggin Sustainable Office Solutions (Coggin SOS) is growing and we’re on the lookout for a hands-on, adaptable, and motivated Operator Team Leader to join our operations crew. This role sits at the heart of our day-to-day activity, supporting operatives, maintaining workflow momentum, and ensuring our facility runs like clockwork. Lead from the Front: Support and guide our team of operatives across recycling, warehousing, and refurbishment tasks. Maintain Operational Excellence: Ensure the facility, plant, and warehouse are consistently clean, safe, and running efficiently. ~ Coordinate with Planners: Work closely with our internal planning team to ensure jobs move smoothly from scheduling through to completion without disruption or confusion. You’ll be a key part of building something that lasts. ~ We run a tight ship using tools like Trello and Google Sheets. While you’ll be involved in planning and system updates, most of your day will be spent on the ground, actively leading and problem-solving with the team.
