How you'll make a difference

As a Student Veterinary Nurse, you will be supported and encouraged to develop both your clinical and non-clinical skills while working towards qualification as a Registered Veterinary Nurse. You’ll be an integral part of the practice team, supporting patient care under the guidance of veterinary surgeons and registered veterinary nurses. You’ll gain hands-on experience across a range of nursing duties, while progressing through your training programme and developing confidence in your day-to-day practice. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week – covering 8 hour shifts, 5 days a week. Usually 8:00-4:30pm 3 days a week and 11:30-8pm 2 days a week. Share of weekends once sufficiently trained.
