Role responsibilities

  • Building a strong understanding of our clients' businesses and audiences
  • Taking the time to learn what each client does, who their audience is and what they're trying to achieve
  • Bringing audience insight and sector awareness into your thinking and your work
  • Asking smart questions so briefs are well understood before work begins
  • Acting as a key day-to-day contact for clients, supporting the Head of Department and Account Director
  • Building trusted, easy working relationships with client teams
  • Keeping clients informed, on track, and confident in what's happening and why
  • Delivering excellent, creatively ambitious work for our clients
  • Planning and delivering PR and social media campaigns, content and activity
  • Taking briefs from clients and developing engaging, well-judged creative responses

Knowledge, experience and skills needed

  • Solid agency-side experience in PR, social media and influencer marketing
  • Genuine curiosity about client businesses and audiences

  • A progress‑over‑process mindset; comfortable making decisions and keeping work moving
  • Confident, hands‑on experience using AI tools as part of a working PR, social or content workflow
  • Excellent communication and writing skills

  • Media relations experience beneficial
