Main Purpose of Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to join our production team on a permanent night shift. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for semen assessment, media preparation, operation of production flow cytometry sorters, and the processing and freezing of semen samples. You will play a key part in maintaining high standards of laboratory practice, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and supporting the effective operation and maintenance of laboratory and flow cytometry equipment. This position offers a consistent Monday to Thursday night schedule (21:45pm – 06:15am), with a £2,000 shift premium in addition to the base salary.
