We’re on the lookout for an ambitious, collaborative, and creative Account Manager to lead integrated campaigns across some of our key clients. You’ll thrive managing multiple projects, keeping teams aligned, budgets in check, and building strong relationships with clients. Your role
This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you’ll lead the smooth delivery of campaigns from brief to launch. You’ll manage timelines, budgets, internal teams and creative output across a wide range of channels – always keeping things running efficiently and to a high standard. You’ll be a key contact for clients day-to-day, helping to build strong, trusted partnerships and ensuring we consistently deliver work that’s effective, on-brief and aligned with their goals. You’ll also support Account Directors with strategy and senior stakeholder engagement. We’re also looking for someone who’s keen to invest in their own development. You’ll have plenty of opportunities to learn – including through our events at The Fold that bring marketers, industry experts and big ideas together. We’d love for you to take part, keep learning, and encourage our clients to do the same.
Your skills
- Have experience managing accounts in an integrated agency
- Know how to deliver campaigns across multiple channels
- Are comfortable managing multiple clients and keeping projects progressing smoothly
- Are confident writing briefs and guiding creative development
- Have a good eye for what great work looks like and can help shape it
- Are commercially aware, with strong budgeting and time management skills
- Communicate clearly and confidently – whether that’s in meetings, over email, or in a presentation
- Can develop compelling presentations and present ideas effectively to clients and stakeholders
- Take a proactive, solutions-focused approach in a fast-paced environment

- Own day-to-day client relationships and act as the voice of the client internally – becoming a trusted extension of their team
- Deliver projects on time, on budget and on brief
- Build strong, collaborative relationships that support long-term partnership and growth
- Identify opportunities that add value and align with client objectives

Role responsibilities
- Oversee integrated campaigns from concept to delivery across channels including Digital, Organic and Paid Social, Print, Paid Media, OOH, VOD and Radio
- Write clear, actionable briefs and coordinate workflows across multiple teams
- Monitor project budgets, timelines and resourcing to keep everything running smoothly
- Collaborate with internal teams across PR
