We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking Mobile Gate & Railing Installer and Welder/Fabricator to support our local customers. This role includes measuring gates and railings on-site, quoting customers using a computer/email, and then welding and fabricating jobs to a high standard.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Pay rate: negotiable based on experience
Key Responsibilities
- Measure and assess gates and railing projects locally on-site
- Quote customers using a computer, email, and estimating tools
- Weld and fabricate gates/railings and related metalwork
- Prepare, cut, fit, grind, and finish components as needed
- Communicate clearly with customers and the team about timelines and requirements
- Follow all safety rules and maintain a clean, organized work area
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (local travel required)
- Experience with welding/fabrication (required)
- Ability to take accurate measurements and work to specifications
- Comfortable using a computer and email for quotes and customer communication
- Strong work ethic, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Experience installing gates and railings
- Knowledge of common gate/railing hardware and materials
- Prior estimating/quoting experience
