- 39.5 basic hours per week – 4-day working week
- Monday – Wednesday: 06:00 – 16:30, Thursday: 06:00 – 16:00
- Friday overtime is almost guaranteed and paid at x1.3
- Weekend overtime is rare but paid at x1.5
- What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting electronics production projects
- Manual soldering and assembly work
- Following technical instructions and quality standards
- Working as part of a production team to meet output targets
Full training will be provided.
- Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in electronics manufacturing and/or manual soldering is strongly preferred
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced factory environment
- Reliable and punctual
- Must be willing and available to work regular Friday overtime
