We are recruiting a hands-on Senior Operator to operate and support production on the HPRs (High Pressure Reactors). You will help ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards from raw material input to finished product.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and support the HPR process/equipment and associated machinery
- Carry out production work safely and in line with procedures and compliance requirements
- Monitor performance, spot issues early, and help troubleshoot to minimise downtime
- Maintain high product quality and follow quality control checks
- Check work orders for discrepancies and resolve/pass items to the correct area
- Support sampling/work with R
Looking For
- Experience operating manufacturing plant equipment (chemical processing experience is ideal)
- Strong awareness of Health, Safety
