Sales Support Administrator to support our sales function and wider collective. This office-based role involves executing administrative tasks in line with our ISO trading standards, managing the generation of quotes and orders, and supporting the team with a variety of administrative and operational duties.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring tasks assigned through Salesforce are clearly understood and accurately translated into well-prepared quotes.
- Providing excellent administration and efficient handling of all documentation and data.
- Organising and prioritising tasks in accordance with deadlines, project requirements, and business priorities.
- Taking ownership of orders from client purchase order through to delivery, including handover to the accounts team for invoicing.
- Ensuring all necessary information is obtained to support seamless project flow, in alignment with existing system processes.
- Requesting payment terms and preparing credit reports for the accounts department.
- Maintaining up-to-date records across systems such as Trello, Salesforce, and other internal platforms to ensure accurate tracking and communication.
- Supporting general office duties such as answering phone calls, collating samples, updating spreadsheets and databases, booking couriers, and sending out customer surveys.

- Proven administrative experience with strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
- Intermediate or Advanced knowledge and use of Office 365.
