Our Bradford based client are looking to recruit a MIG & TIG Plater Welder/Fabricator on a permanent basis. We are ideally looking for someone with experience in welding and fabricating pressure vessels, however if you feel you have the transferable skill level involved to produce high quality pressure vessels, please do not hesitate to apply.
THE ROLE:
- Must be able to MIG & TIG weld Plate to high standard
- Experience of building pressure vessels/boilers is extremely advantageous
- Must be able to weld AND fabricate (from technical engineering drawings)
- Working with stainless and carbon steel materials
- Must have good solid experience in working with thicker materials (stainless, steel, or both) - 8mm, 10mm, 12mm etc.
THE SALARY AND BENEFITS:
- Up to £20.00 per hour DOE
- Free car parking, local bus routes, local fuel stations and eateries
- Permanent role, will start on a temporary contract
- Full time, Monday to Thursday
- 8:00 - 17:00pm Monday to Thursday (flexi hours)
- Overtime available on Fridays and through the week.
- In the near future this business may open a night shift, this will be the same flexi hours as they offer for days - with a 30% shift allowance. (£26.00 per hour. Plus option for OT) You do not have to accommodate the nightshift, you can stay on days, but the option will be there if you wish to change your shift.
