Cogent Staffing is looking for a motivated Warehouse Operative/Driver for our established automotive distribution client.
This role will primarily involve warehouse duties with some driving responsibilities, focusing mainly on the battery department.

- Monday to Friday, Saturday mornings
- 08:30 – 17:30
- Saturday mornings alternating 08:30 – 12:30
- 1 hour unpaid per shift
- Working week average of 42 hours

- Picking and preparing orders within the warehouse, focusing particularly on the battery department.
- Loading your own van with orders for delivery.
- Handling stock takes and ensuring accurate inventory records.
- Performing manual handling tasks and lifting items weighing up to 30kg as required.
- Driving to deliver to businesses.
- Using handheld scanners to pick and track orders.
- Following planned routes and delivering to customers while adhering to health and safety guidelines.
