Cogent Staffing are currently recruiting for a Production Team Leader to join the UK’s leading recycling plant based in Elland. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with previous supervisory experience who is confident working with tools and supporting a team on the shop floor.
As a Production Team Leader, you will be responsible for:
- Supervising and supporting a team of Production Operatives
- Breaking down TVs and monitors for recycling
- Using handheld tools such as drills, screwdrivers and hammers
- Carrying out heavy lifting as required
- Sorting recyclable materials and reusable components
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
- Supporting daily production targets and operational efficiency
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Previous Team Leader or supervisory experience
- Experience using hand tools in a production or manufacturing environment
- A proactive, hands-on approach
- Strong reliability and work ethic
- The ability to travel to and from site for your shift
- UK residency (no VISA sponsorship or relocation assistance available)
