Cogent Staffing are currently recruiting for a Production Team Leader to join the UK’s leading recycling plant based in Elland. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with previous supervisory experience who is confident working with tools and supporting a team on the shop floor.

As a Production Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Supervising and supporting a team of Production Operatives
  • Breaking down TVs and monitors for recycling
  • Using handheld tools such as drills, screwdrivers and hammers
  • Carrying out heavy lifting as required
  • Sorting recyclable materials and reusable components
  • Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
  • Supporting daily production targets and operational efficiency

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Previous Team Leader or supervisory experience
  • Experience using hand tools in a production or manufacturing environment
  • A proactive, hands-on approach
  • Strong reliability and work ethic
  • The ability to travel to and from site for your shift
  • UK residency (no VISA sponsorship or relocation assistance available)
